◎影片劇情： John Kent (played by Randolph Scott) is a former star football player from Harvard University who went to Paris with his friend Huck Haines (played by Fred Astaire) and his dance band Wabash Indians. Alexander Voida (played by Louis Alberny) has already booked a band, but when he discovers that the musicians are not the Indians he expected, but only from Indiana (Huck Haines and his Indian band), he refuses to let them play. John seeks help from the only person he knows in Paris, his aunt Minnie (played by Helen Westerly), who owns the fashionable Roberta dress shop. There, he met her chief assistant (also the secret chief designer) Stephanie (played by Irene Dunn). John was quickly captivated by her. Meanwhile, Huck unexpectedly discovered someone he was very familiar with. Countess Scharwenka is a capricious customer of Roberta's, who turns out to be his hometown sweetheart Lizzie Gatz (played by Ginger Rogers). She got Huck's band engaged at a nightclub where she was a featured artist. There are two things troubling John. One of them is Ladislav (played by Victor Wakoni), a handsome Russian deposed prince and gatekeeper who seems too interested in Stephanie. The other is the memory of Sophie (played by Claire Dodd), a snobbish and arrogant girlfriend left by him after arguing about his lack of sophistication and elegance. When Aunt Minnie passed away unexpectedly without leaving a will, John inherited the shop. He knew nothing about women's fashion, and his aunt planned for Stephanie to inherit the company. He convinced Stephanie to continue being his partner. Journalists flocked to listen to the opinions of football players on women's fashion. Huck gave the answer and made many strange statements about the innovation introduced by John's plan. Sophie arrived in Paris and was attracted by John's good luck. She walked into the store, wanting to buy a piece of clothing, but was not satisfied with everything Stephanie showed her. Huck convinced her to choose a dress that John had ordered to discard because it was too vulgar. When John saw her, they had their last argument. John accused Stephanie of selling the dress to Sophie. Stephanie was seriously injured and left the store. Roberta will hold a fashion show in a week, and Huck took over the design work, but as expected, the result was terrible. When Stephanie saw his terrible creation, she was convinced to come back and save Roberta's reputation. This performance was a victory, thanks to the entertaining performances of Huck, Countess Scharwenka, and the band. Former star Lucille Ball, with blonde hair and blue eyes, appeared as an unsigned model in her first RKO movie, wearing a delicate feather cape and imitating Dunn's voice at the fashion show. In the program, John accidentally heard that she and Ladislav were leaving Paris and mistakenly believed they were already married. Later, he congratulated her on becoming a princess. When she told him that Ladislav was just her cousin and that the title had been hers since birth, the lovers reunited. Huck and Lizzie decided to get married and filmed the final tap dance sequel.
